This cake has sophisticated flavors that are subtle and not too sweet. With vertical layers separated and topped with matcha chantilly, the Matcha Plum cake looks appealing inside and out!

 Course Details :

• This class is suitable for all levels
• Class will be held via live ZOOM meeting
• Class duration for each class is 90-120mins
• Class will be conducted in Korean and translated to Cantonese
• Chinese subtitles will be added to the videos around 4 weeks after class 
• Class will be recorded and shared around 2 days after the class (streaming for 6 month / not downloadable)
• During the class we focus on watching the demonstration. We will not make the cake together during zoom class
• Ingredients and tools are not included
