ONLINE CLASS

Can I take the classs if I'm not free on the zoom class date and time?

Absolutely! Don't worry if you can't make it to the live zoom class. The class will be recorded and shared to you after the class. You will not miss out anything!

Do we make the cake together during the live zoom class?

During the live zoom class we focus on watching the demonstration and going through the recipe with the instructor. Therefore, we will NOT make the cake at the same time.

If you encounter any difficulties or questions during the process, please contact us and we will help you.

What is the language of the class?

Live zoom classes are translated into Cantonese. After the class, we will add Chinese and English subtitle to the videos. It will take us around 4 - 6 weeks for adding the subtitles.

Will the instructor share the brand name of the product he/she uses?

Yes definitely. We will let you know the brands recommended by our instructors.

Do we provide ingredients for the class?

Ingredients are NOT provided for online classes.

What kind of payment do you accept?

For Hong Kong students, we accept Alipay, Payme, Octopus, Wechat Pay, FPS, Union Pay, HSBC Bank Transfer.

For Alipay, Wechat Pay and Union Pay, please select Payment Asia.

For credit card payment, please select PAYPAL.

For international students (excluding Macau) - We accept credit card via PAYPAL.

For Macau students, please select Payment Asia -> Union Pay during check out.

For other payment method, please contact us directly.

Yes we do! Octopus, Alipay and Wechat Pay consumption vouchers are accepted
