Online Class : DESSERT BY MOON - Assorted Financiers

• Assorted Financiers 5 Flavors (plain, fig, pistachio berry, hazelnut, triple cheese)

• Financiers are small French almond cakes that are light and moist on the inside with a crisp eggshell-like exterior. This class teaches 5 different flavors of Financiers, including plain, Fig Caramel, Pistachio berry, Hazelnut, and Triple Cheese. We use four different molds that result in different textures for each of the unique flavors. The Financiers are delicious and easy to mass-produce!

You will get :

• PDF recipes in Chinese and English
• to know the ingredients and cake tools
• video streaming of the class via Gmail (ONLY GOOGLE MAIL)
  
• Receive and ask for help after class when you make at home

 Course Details :

• This class is suitable for all levels
• Class will be held via live ZOOM meeting
• Class duration for each class is 90-120mins
• Class will be conducted in Korean and translated to Cantonese
• Chinese subtitles will be added to the videos around 4 weeks after class 
• Class will be recorded and shared around 2 days after the class (streaming for 6 month / not downloadable)
